Do a bit of house work
Sit down and rest

Haul self to neighborhood pharmacy for expectorant
Consider getting a haircut at salon next to pharmacy
Read posted price list: "Women's Cut and style $40 and up"

I think you should talk to my wife. Hacking , coughing and spitting is all I ever do nowadays.. I went to a doctor even and nothing seems to work. I have to come to peace with it. And its always a good thing to have when un-invited guests drop by.

Yes, the expectorant is working- but I fear I may have a touch of bronchitis... I have a doctor's appointment on Wed anyway so hopefully I will survive until then.
Also, for the record I've never smoked :-)
The year 2056 was meant to imply that I FELT like an old woman but if you have to explain a joke.....
personally, I'm coughing tons... Saturday night, I went to a local emergency clinic (Terem - started by Dr. Applebaum Z"L) and they gave me an asthma inhalation... good stuff... I'm headed for the dr now to see if he'll put me on that stuff for the near future since as soon as it wore off, my breathing went wonky again.
My daughter's school receptionist said there's at least three separate bugs going around the school. About half her class was out last week. So you're not hacking alone!
But maybe by 2056 they'll have a cure for the common cold?
