Briefly- there are thousands of Mikvah's in the US too. I've been to many and I assure you that the women there do NOT talk about sex.
Trust me.

To be honest I think you need to spend a little less time complaining about your sex life (which far from the worst I've heard of) and instead focus on fixing it through therapy and communication with your wife.
